Our Story

Lockbusters, Inc. opened its doors on January 1, 1987. Richard Sanchez built the company around honest pricing, skilled locksmith work, and long-term commitment to Sugar Land and Fort Bend County.

Over nearly four decades, Lockbusters has served homeowners, renters, drivers, businesses, property managers, and HOAs. The work has evolved from traditional locks to smart locks, transponder keys, and access control, but the standard has stayed the same: show up, do it right, and treat people fairly.
